How can presence of 0 .16M NaCl prevent osmotic swelling of cells in solution w/c a solute eg urea?

Sodium chloride solution at 0.16 M is isotonic. Urea can p through the cell membrane freely, and so its concentrations both inside and outside of the cell are the same. The osmotic pressure on both sides of the cell is the same. There will be no swelling.
