28 weeks and NO insurance, what to do?

I was staying in CA since I got pregnant, and I had medi-cal. But now that I just moved to NY last week, I do not have insurance and I am unsure what to do now.... I just saw the Dr. the day before I moved. I was wondering how I could get on Medicaid, and how long it would take until I could go see a Dr... Thanks, any ideas/advice is much appreciated =)
