Do muslim women ever feel jealous of other women?

Like how they have to wear those clothes and other women don't. Why do muslim women have to wear those clothes and the men don't? Is it just another religion that was created by a male dominated society? I think those big black bags they wear are quite unflattering and unnecessary. I'm not being racist btw. The other day I was walking through town with a normal t-shirt and pink khakis on and this muslim woman was staring at me like I was the devil. Why?
