Info on Johann Georg Palm, wealthy German merchant, disapeared in or enroute to India in 1740s?

You can choose for the English language. You have to be patient since not all the data from Amsterdam are entered yet. This will be finished in 2010. I checked but I couldn't find Johann Georg Palm. It would be helpful if you know the name of his ship. However you might get in touch with the National Archive in the Netherlands and start your search.
