Is this breaking a stalking agreement?

For whatever god knows reason, someone I used to be with decided to say I was stalking her to the police. I was not, and she vastly exaggerated details to back up her claim, however, I talked to the cop, cleared things up, and agreed to never be in contact with her again, and I have no plans to do so. Well, I was studying with a friend in the library tonight, and just people watching as they went by and whatnot, but as I was leaving, someone two tables from me put her hand up to block her face as I walked by. I didn't think much of it as I left, but then I started to wonder if it was her. Worse yet, I was fiddling around on my facebook, and my friend was asking me about an ex in my pictures, which could have been easily misconstrued if she were close enough to hear us. I had no idea she was there if it actually was her, but could this be taken badly?
