What should I paint my plaster pool with?

I saw videos online where people use various paints or epoxy paints (2 part mixes) to paint their pools. I wanted to do this as my pool is 12 years old and has had some algae blooms (previous owners) where even after you scrub it clean and your balance and sanitation is right, the plaster is just stained. I am going to acid wash it clean first, fix any tiny crack or chip, etc. and then want to paint. So does anyone have any good recommendations on what brand to use and any little tips?
