Does Washington state TANF health insurance cover neurology?

I have no health insurance as of right now (I'm 17 and living with my parents) and have just been told by my doctor that I need to start seeing a neurologist for tics, because frankly he was really inconclusive about it. But, I'm afraid that I'll go through all the steps to get medical through the state and then I'll find out they don't even cover what I need help with? Does any one know?
