Help with a new band? Overall, just tips?

I reccomend for stage fright just to practice in front of people and the boy should probably tell the girl not to be nervous. My first gig was this year in front of my whole school for a pep rally i was nervous but i practiced in front of people before so i was used to it. I also made a website on yola.com and freewebspace.com, i made a youtube account and told my friends to tell everyone about it. I wright songs about things that have happened to me or other people.
