I just graduated basic training.. headed to hawaii with the 25th infantry division tomorrow.?

i was just wondering what the difference is gonna be like from basic to the big army... will i be made to stand at parade rest at all times when talkin to an NCO or is it a lot more laid back? anything you got i appreciate, thank you.
