Are there any good scary places in Ohio or West Virginia?

I mean like backwoods or huge, mysterious forests that some deranged psycho killer is rumored to be in? My friends and me want to take a road trip before college later this year. We just graduated and want a good horror experience before we have to get serious. Anyone know of any good scary places? It has to be in one of those two states, though. We are tryng to keep the gas money as much as possible(lol).
