Dog throwing up and cold to touch?

I have a 2yr old mini pin he is always full of energy and very playfull but since yesterday he's been crying, just hinding wherever he can (under the couch, under the sink...) He threw up at least 5 times this morning so far and he is very cold to the touch. I am worried! Can anyone help me?
