Is there a required or suggested lead safety level for nutritional supplements?

I have been searching for this is google, fda website, and usp website. All I am coming up with is the usp said there is a 10 mcg limit per supplement, and the fda has a .2 mcg limit for candy. But they are saying 10 mcg is far to high, and .2 mcg for candy is because it is commonly given to children, but should supplements have to have a level as low as .2 mcg when the fda is saying a daily amount of 75 mcg of lead in food, supplements, etc is safe?
