Should I go back to my doctor?

So I'm currently being treated for Prostatitis and I had my followup appointment with my doctor last week. Since then I have begun to show signs of the prostatitis returning or getting worse. I was supposed to see him in a month, but I really don't feel myself and kind of want to see him asap this week. Should I go back and get checked out?
