Im pregnant so I try to make all my snacks and most meals healthy, heres a few things I eat. In the morning I have yogurt with raisins and granola. For a snack try some fruit or veggies, like celery with peanut er and raisin "ants on a log", peeled baby carrots with ranch, apple slices with peanut er or trail mix. For lunch try a croissant sandwich.
